registered or Guernsey business and your business ac�vity needs to be within the geographical limits set out
in the schedule and referred to in the policy, in order for you to be covered, subject always to other policy
terms, exclusions, condi�ons and restric�ons. On Trafalgar's web site the geographical limits are described
as follows "Worldwide excluding USA and Canada their Dominions or Protectorates, (unless noted and
agreed by insurers prior to the incep�on of the policy)". The policy also excludes any claims, ac�ons,
legal ac�on or judgements outside of the applicable courts. Please check your policy to make
certain these match your needs otherwise you may not be fully covered for the work you do.
The policy does not cover the undertaking of medical transla�on or interpreta�on.
